Sourced from pristine deep-sea waters at approximately 650 metres, the scampi are rapidly frozen after catch to help preserve freshness. The meat is delicate, glossy and tender, with a naturally sweet and clean seafood flavour. Suitable for sashimi, steaming, pan-searing, soups and a variety of other dishes.
