Delivery Policy

Whether you’re restocking everyday groceries or simply craving something good, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We offer 🚀 Express Same-Day Delivery, 🚚 Same-Day Delivery, and 📅 Next-Day Delivery to selected areas across Sydney. Please check the delivery times first, then find your postcode below to view the minimum order amount and delivery fee for your area.

All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD). Minimum order amounts are calculated based on the discounted merchandise subtotal, excluding delivery fees. All times below are based on Sydney local time.

🚀 Express Same-Day Delivery

Deliveries begin daily from 10:00 AM. During delivery hours, once your order is placed, we will begin preparing it immediately and arrange delivery.

• Order before 11:30 PM → Delivered the same day
• Order from 11:30 PM onwards → Delivered the next day

Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be arranged for delivery once deliveries begin that day.

Prefer to receive your order later? Please leave a note at checkout. If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

🚚 Same-Day Delivery

Deliveries begin daily from 11:00 AM. During delivery hours, orders will usually begin delivery approximately 1–3 hours after confirmation.

• Order before 8:00 PM → Delivered the same day
• Order from 8:00 PM onwards → Delivered the next day

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be arranged for delivery once deliveries begin that day.

Please note: The start of delivery does not mean your order has been delivered. Peak periods, traffic, or severe weather may cause delays. Please keep your phone available so the delivery driver can contact you if necessary.

Cancellation Policy and Redelivery Fees

⚠️ Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, a $10 picking and handling fee will apply if the order is cancelled. This fee covers the cost of preparing the order and arranging delivery. Any refund will be returned to the original payment method after this fee has been deducted.

📦 Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, such as no one being available to receive the order, an incorrect address, or missed delivery calls or messages, an additional redelivery fee will apply. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

📅 Next-Day Delivery

Orders to these areas are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Minimum order $120; delivery fee $25.

Can’t find your postcode? Areas that are not currently covered by our delivery service can choose in-store pickup. Area names are provided for reference only. Please use the postcode of your delivery address to confirm whether your location is within our delivery area. Available delivery methods and final delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. For new-customer promotions or limited-time offers, please refer to the relevant promotion terms and conditions.

📦 Receiving Your Order & Order Changes

To help ensure successful delivery, please provide your complete address and contact phone number. For apartments, please include your unit number, access instructions, or any other entry requirements in the notes at checkout.

After receiving fresh, refrigerated, or frozen products, please collect them promptly and store them appropriately according to the product instructions.

Need to modify or cancel your order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address or delivery arrangements may no longer be able to be changed. If an order that has already been dispatched is cancelled for personal reasons, a $10 order preparation and handling fee will apply. Once the refund is confirmed, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

What happens if delivery cannot be completed?
If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, inability to access the property, inability to contact the recipient, or similar reasons, an additional delivery fee may apply. We will inform you of the fee first and confirm the arrangements with you before proceeding.

If any products are missing, damaged, or have quality issues, please keep relevant photos and your order information and contact us. The matter will be handled in accordance with our returns and refunds policy and applicable consumer guarantees.

🛍️ Free In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of $35 or more.

Click & Collect

• Free pickup is available from our Kingsford store and Zetland Store.
• Orders are usually ready for pickup within approximately 2 hours.
• We will send you an SMS once your order is ready to collect.

You can also choose in-store pickup from our Kingsford or Zetland stores. Available pickup locations will be displayed at checkout.

During business hours, orders are usually ready within approximately 2 hours. Orders placed outside business hours or orders containing items that need to be transferred between locations may require additional preparation time.

Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification before visiting the store, and refer to the pickup address and collection time shown in that notification. An order confirmation email does not mean that your order is ready for pickup.
