Shipping Policy
Same-Day Delivery in Sydney
Cozy Nook Asian Grocer offers same-day delivery within selected areas of Sydney. Orders placed before 11:00 pm can be delivered on the same day.
Free Delivery
Orders over $99 are eligible for free same-day delivery.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 11:00 am → delivered on the same day, before 11:00 pm
- Orders placed after 11:00 pm → delivered the next day
Cancellation Policy and Redelivery Fees
⚠️ Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, a $10 picking and handling fee will apply if the order is cancelled. This fee covers the cost of preparing the order and arranging delivery. Any refund will be returned to the original payment method after this fee has been deducted.
📦 Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, such as no one being available to receive the order, an incorrect address, or missed delivery calls or messages, an additional redelivery fee will apply. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Click & Collect
- Free pickup is available from our Kingsford store and Zetland Store.
- Orders are usually ready for pickup within approximately 2 hours.
- We will send you an SMS once your order is ready to collect.
